What it is…

Through this modality, the body’s natural healing capability is supported and enhanced as subtle energy flows into the physical and energetic bodies, dynamically affecting these systems while expanding an individual’s sense of Self. 

Many people describe shifting into a very deep relaxation followed by a vibrant sense of well-being and peacefulness as the session proceeds.  These sensations often continue for several hours, or even several days, afterwards.

What Unfolds

This approach to healing and personal transformation is holistic…

Focusing upon each individual as a unique, complex, dynamic being of body, mind and spirit. I serve as facilitator in your self-initiated process of healing and transformation. I am your committed listener, your mirror, your partner in the process.  In the course of our work together, we explore areas that influence your state of well-being which may include health history, life stressors, belief systems and attitudes, family and childhood history, diet, exercise, dreams, longings as well as how you are in relationships.  Your sharing is always kept confidential.

At the onset of a session, we collaborate in an interview process…

Where I gather a sense of who your are and where you are free to ask questions about my work as an Integrative Energy Healing and Brennan Healing Science practitioner.  I create a safe, empathic environment that supports you in your unique healing journey.

During this non-invasive healing session… 

You remain fully clothed while lying on a massage table.  I provide sheets, blanket(s) and pillow(s) for your relaxation and comfort.  Typically, there will be soothing music playing in the background.  At any time, should you be uncomfortable for any reason, this should be conveyed to me immediately so that we can make those changes necessary for the hour or so that we are in session.  After our work is complete, you may remain on the massage table for several minutes while the process you’ve experienced continues to integrate within you.

  • Increases relaxation and reduces mental/physical exhaustion
  • Offers additional support while undergoing medical treatments
  • Allows you to participate in your own healing by becoming more aware of your internal processes around thoughts, feelings and body sensations
  • Helps to rebalance one’s sense of well-being following shock or trauma (while awaiting medical help or following medical interventions)
  • Helps to sooth sensory overload and decrease symptoms
  • Charges and balances the human energy field or human energy consciousness system
  • Assists those who are at the end of life process
  • Enhances self-awareness, nourishes self-empowerment, and supports general inner and outer well-being
  • Assists you in connecting more deeply with spirit

This is a complementary modality that supports other wellness programs you are currently undertaking.
